Sift Dessert Bar is more than just cupcakes, frosting, and sprinkles. Most of our customers know this, and have indulged in our various delectable treats, including French Macarons, Ice Cream Sammies, Cakes, Mini Pies, and more! Unfortunately, much of the public still thinks of us as "just cupcakes." Our goal was to break down this barrier by throwing our own industry event and getting in front of the top Wedding + Event Professionals in Wine Country.
We were lucky enough to partner with some of the best vendors to make this event possible. The evening was broken down into 3 parts. First, the meet + greet. All guests were welcomed by staff at Safari West's Welcome Hut and sent over to "Flamingo Landing" with views of Giraffes and Pink Flamingos complete with Shcramsberg Sparkling, Hall Wines, and delicious cheese + charcuterie plates. The second part of the evening was our formal tasting including pairings of Hall Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc paired with a Limonatta Cake Shot, Hall 2012 Eighteen Seventy-Three Cabernet Sauvignon paired with our Salted Caramel French Macaron, Schramsberg 2011 Crémant Demi Sec paired with a mini salted caramel apple pie, and Lagunitas Hairy Eyeball Ale paired with our mini Stud Muffin.
Our final portion of the evening was a crowd favorite, the incredible styled dessert bars. We offered 3 dessert bars styled by our amazing Wedding + Events Team, Stephanie Crocker + Leyla Hobbs! We showcased a Rustic Pie Bar, Vintage Dessert Bar, and Modern Cake Bar.
