For 16 years, we baked the cakes people drove across town for.

Pink Champagne. A Food Network win. Five locations. Thousands of birthdays, weddings, and just-because Tuesdays. Sift became the place people turned to when a moment mattered — and the cake had to be right.

Then we closed.

It wasn't easy. But rather than force an old model into a new world, we made a different choice. We took everything we learned from 16 years behind the counter and put it in a bag.
