Makes 12–16 cupcakes or a beautiful two-layer 8" cake — with enough frosting for filling and a generous finish.

Just add eggs, oil, water. The frosting mix just needs cold heavy whipping cream. Step-by-step instructions are inside every bag.

2 Ways to frost your cake

The included mix makes a light, whipped cream frosting.

Prefer a richer, more traditional buttercream? Try this:

• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened

• 2 cups powdered sugar

• 1 full pouch frosting mix

• 3–4 tablespoons heavy cream

• about 1 to 1½ tsp lemon juice

• pinch of salt if using unsalted butter

Whip the butter until light and fluffy, then add everything else and beat until thick, smooth, and pipeable.
