Party Pairings
Cocktails, Mocktails & the Party Itself
Your cake already tastes like the cocktail. Here's how to serve the real thing alongside it, alcoholic or not.
The Pink Champagne
Pour 0.5oz raspberry liqueur (creme de framboise) into a champagne flute. Top slowly with 5oz chilled champagne or prosecco. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
Or try instead
Rose Spritz: rose wine, a splash of soda water, a few dashes of elderflower liqueur, garnished with mint.
Mocktail: Raspberry Sparkler
Sparkling white grape juice or sparkling cider with a splash of raspberry syrup, garnished with fresh raspberries and mint.

Party Inspiration
Set the cake at eye level. A cake stand on a slightly raised surface (even a stack of books under a tablecloth) makes it the centerpiece the moment guests walk in.
Match the linens to the frosting. A blush pink napkin or runner ties the whole table back to the cake without saying a word.
Make it a tasting party. Bake more than one Party Cake Kit and cut small slices of each so guests can compare flavors, cocktail and mocktail pairings included.
